接觸即興工作坊：身體對話 — 倒轉之間 CONTACT IMPROVISATION WORKSHOP : BODY DIALOGUE – UPSIDE DOWN

工作坊從接觸即興出發，邀請學員穿梭於支撐與飛翔之間，在身體觸碰中尋找信任、平衡及即興的詩意。Šuka糅合當代舞蹈、雜技與身體感知的語言，引領及尋找新的可能。
This workshop explores upside-down transitions within Contact Improvisation, drawing on Šuka’s background in Contemporary Dance as well as various acrobatic and somatic practices.
課程焦點Workshop focus:：
1.) 引導學員逐步熟悉用雙手、頭部、肩膀與其他身體部位承重，讓倒立成為自然的流動。
Supporting participants in becoming more comfortable bearing weight on their hands, head, shoulders, and other contact points.
2.) 學習包含倒轉動作嘅托舉同轉換，打破「上下」界線，令動作變得更自由。
Teaching lifts and transitions that incorporate upside-down elements.
3.) 透過遊戲與即興結構，培養在不確定中自由回應的能力，讓技巧不只是技術，而是身體智慧的流露。Introducing improvisational scores and games that build adaptive skills for applying acrobatic techniques in dynamic, unpredictable situations.

導師簡介 Šuka Bio :
Šuka Horn 生於德國，自幼在都市節奏與街舞文化中成長。十二歲初識Breakdance，身體自此成為他對世界探索的起點。隨著對舞蹈語言的渴望日益加深，他走進荷蘭鹿特丹 Codarts 藝術大學，接受現代舞系統訓練，並於該校畢業。
2020 年，他遷居雅典，參與希臘編舞大師 Dimitris Papaioannou 的作品《Transverse Orientation》。這段深刻的創作旅程，最終催生了雙人舞作《INK》，由他與 Papaioannou 共同演出 —— 一場身體與意識、親密與力量之間的深層對話。
歷經五年隨團於世界各地巡演，Šuka 決定將視線轉向內在，專注投入於個人創作與教學實踐。他的工作坊橫跨二十多個國家，於大學、舞團、藝術節及實驗空間中開展，將技巧、感知與即興的智慧帶給來自不同文化與身體背景的參與者。
Šuka 的身體語言揉合了街舞的根基、當代舞的開放性與雜技的冒險精神；他的教學則是一場邀請 —— 引導人們走進未知，與重力共舞，發現身體所蘊藏的自由與詩意。
Born and raised in Germany, Suka Horn started training breakdance at the age of 12. This passion and the exploration of other styles led him to study at and graduate from Codarts University of the Arts in Rotterdam. In 2020 he moved to Athens to be part of Dimitris Papaioannou’s creation “Transverse Orientation”. This experience led to another creation “INK”, a duet with Papaioannou himself. After a five-year world tour with Papaioannou's productions and his own workshops, Šuka decided to focus exclusively on developing his research and teaching. His workshops have been taught in universities, dance companies, festivals, and studios across more than 20 countries.
